These terms  apply to all visitors and clients of Fresh Start Home Detox™.

Services

By booking our services, you agree to allow our team to access your home and perform the detox services as discussed.

 

We aim to use non-toxic, eco-friendly methods, but results may vary depending on the condition of your home and products already in use.

Payments

All services must be paid in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

 

We accept credit/debit cards and other electronic payments.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

 

Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee.

Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

​

  • Ensure safe access to your home during the scheduled time

​

  • Notify us of any allergies, sensetivities, or concerns ahead of time

Liability

We are committed to delivering safe and careful service. However, we are not responsible for:

​

  • Damage caused by existing issues in your home

​

  • Reactions to products unless we were notified in advance

​

  • Any indirect or unexpected results from changes made during detox services

We may update these terms at any time. Please review this page regularly.
